The Orthopedic and Balance Therapy PT App provides patients with direct access to their personalized Home Exercise Program via their mobile devices. The app features high-definition instructional videos to facilitate proper exercise execution.

Within the 'Messages' section, users can securely communicate with their healthcare provider, ensuring effective and confidential correspondence. Progress tracking is encouraged through the awarding of trophies and medals as patients complete their prescribed exercises.

The 'Awards' tab offers a comprehensive overview of these recognitions, allowing patients to monitor their achievements. For users requiring language support, the 'More' tab includes a 'Languages' option to select an alternative language interface.

To schedule or manage appointments, users should navigate to the 'Appointments' tab for relevant options. It is recommended to select 'Mark as Complete' after each exercise session to enable accurate progress monitoring by the provider.

Access to the app is exclusive to registered Orthopedic and Balance Therapy patients. Additionally, the app integrates with the iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data, providing supplementary activity information for providers.
